Right to Decline
We reserve the right to decline any commission or request that falls outside our capabilities or comfort level.Respectful Conduct
We do not tolerate rude, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service under such circumstances.Use of Third-Party Artwork
We will not accept commissions based on another artist's work unless the client has obtained and can provide proof of permission from the original creator.Watermarks & Attribution
Please refrain from altering, editing, or removing any watermarks present on sculpted or rendered images. Proper credit must be given where applicable.File Usage Restrictions
You are strictly prohibited from modifying, reusing parts of, or redistributing the STL file, whether for personal or commercial purposes, without explicit permission.Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for any issues arising from the use, printing, or functionality of the STL file after delivery, except in cases where such issues result directly from errors made during the creation process. In such instances, we will provide the necessary corrections.Promotional Rights

✦ Prices listed are estimates and may vary depending on the character design, concept complexity, level of detail, effects, and base.

✦ HQ Colored & Gray Render ImagesPAYMENT
✦ A 50% upfront payment is required once the concept is finalized. The remaining 50% is due upon completion.
✦ All prices are in USD. Payments are accepted via PayPal invoice only.TIMELINE
✦ No rush work. Please expect a turnaround time of 4–5 weeks or more, depending on our current workload.REVISIONS
✦ Minor revisions (small tweaks) are allowed and unlimited within reason.
✦ Major revisions (pose changes, facial rework, structural edits, or features outside the agreed concept) will incur additional charges.CANCELLATION
✦ The initial deposit is non-refundable once the project has reached at least 20% completion (e.g., face sculpted, model posed, or scene composition established).
✦ The deposit is refundable only if the project has not yet started, or if we initiate the cancellation.CUT & KEYS

NON-EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS
✦ The model is for personal use only.
✦ We retain the right to publish or sell the model in our store.SEMI EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS
